Training Programs
Three programs, one standard: a dog you can take anywhere.
Flagship Program
A comprehensive 12-day board and train program for dogs 18 weeks and older. We focus on overall obedience, behavior modification, and advanced commands, helping your dog become a well-behaved, happy member of your family, both on and off leash.
Ages 10-14 Weeks
The right start for young puppies, and the on-ramp to camp. Many families begin here and continue into Board & Train as their puppy grows.
One on One
One-on-one coaching for dogs and owners who have already been through training and want to keep building on it. Six sessions focused on obedience, leash work, and off-leash basics.

In 2024, Casey launched Bull Run K9 to build a community of well-trained, happy dogs and satisfied owners. His unique connection with animals and commitment to personalized, mindful training set us apart.

Top notch dog trainer. Casey is a master of his craft. We have a 18 month old Boston terrier that was becoming reactive and unpredictable. I knew that we needed help to deal with this issue. I scheduled a free consultation with Casey at Bull Run K9. Casey explained the training process. How it would help Remy build his confidence and help him know what was expected of him. We signed Remy up for the board and train. Casey sent us updates every evening showing us his progress. The transformation was awesome. Remy returned a calmer version of himself. He listens to commands. I can now walk him through the neighborhood without stressing who we will encounter. Thank you Casey, you are a life saver.
We can't say enough good things about Casey. He started working with our puppy when he was just over 3 months old. We began with Puppy U, where Casey taught us as much as he did our boy. Having the right tools and knowing how to be consistent in using them made such a huge difference. We went on to complete the full training program, and while our puppy still came home very much a puppy, he came home with a great foundation and we felt more confident knowing how to keep reinforcing everything Casey taught us. Casey is patient, kind, knowledgeable and really easy to work with. He is still available to us and continues to check in, answer our questions and made the whole process extremely easy. Highly Recommend Casey and Bull Run K-9. Our puppy French bulldog, Molly, was a new dog upon her return. Casey is extremely professional, and he truly loves what he does with the dogs. He went over every detail and answered every question with patience. He sends updates and pictures regularly. And Molly even got a report card at the end. I plan to use Bull Run K-9 in the future for training and boarding.

Puppies 10 to 14 weeks start in Puppy University, which is free with Board & Train. For dogs 18 weeks and older, the 12-day Board & Train Camp is our flagship program and where most families land. Not sure? That is exactly what the free consultation is for.
That is the whole point of our follow-up structure. Camp includes two in-home follow-up lessons plus two future Anytime lessons, and we train you alongside your dog so the behavior transfers home and stays.
We are based in Haymarket, Virginia, and serve all of Northern Virginia. In-home lessons come to you; camp dogs stay with us for their 12 days.
